Gun barrel 57mm (6 Pdr.) Mk.V for Crusader Mk.III (Border Models)
Turned aluminium gun barrel, with muzzle protection ring made of resin. Represents the L/50 gun barrel specially developed as a tank gun for the Crusader Mk.III. This gun barrel also had an external thread at the barrel mouth for a muzzle brake, which was never introduced. As with the L/43 tank gun (MR-35655), the thread for this was protected by a screwed-on sleeve. Developed for the kit of the Crusader Mk.III from Border Models (BT-012), when using the Italeri model, the gun mount may have to be modified slightly.
